Marmo Living operates this website and sells furniture directly to consumers in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@marmoliving.co.uk.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in natural materials, colour, and finish are normal and not a fault. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error, in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods available at checkout.

Assembly and use

Our furniture is supplied flat-packed for self-assembly or assembly by an installer of your choice. Please follow the included instructions carefully. We're not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text, and the Marmo Living name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
