The table

Four ornate cabriole legs flare at the top, sweep through an elegant S-curve and taper to a fine point, tied together by a slim apron band beneath the marble. A square top suits a squarer room and keeps diners close and conversational.

The chairs

Tall and slim with a rolled scroll top, crystal-button front tufting, a diamond-quilted back panel edged in studs, and a lion-head knocker. Dense jet-black velvet on tapered polished chrome legs.
