Four ornate cabriole legs flare at the top, sweep through an elegant S-curve and taper to a fine point, tied together by a slim apron band beneath the marble — all in mirror-polished gold. A round top is sociable and safe in a smaller room: no sharp corners, and everyone can see everyone else.

Wide, low-backed, deep diamond-tufted back with polished stud trim and a heavy lion-head knocker. Warm mink velvet on straight tapered gold legs.
